11/17/10 - annual dental checkup completed as one of my field events.
Also attended Lunch & Learn with Dr. Axe and bought the cookbook.
On Friday, I went shopping - replacing bad fats/oils with good ones like coconut oil, etc. ready to start eating more organic.
