Ok - I've been less than diligent in posting - but I've survived Christmas.
I've walked every day it was possible to walk - when snow came - I turned to video workouts.
I think I prefer the treadmill at the gym if outdoors is not an option.
I'm tracking calories again since my annual physical shows I'm pre-diabetic, overweight, vitamin d deficient and need to take cholesterol medication. I think my biggest challenge will be to reduce caffeine & alcohol consumption. Keep your fingers crossed - I may become violent without caffeine.
